The website ics-base.net is dedicated to do online content for everyone. The trick is that everything is free and there is absolutely no charge whatsover on the content that is provided to you. We are not a company and we do not do commercial stuff. Everything really is free. We do not fund our stuff with commercials or advertisements. There really is no cost - everything is free.

How can everything be free if we make no money? What are we getting from this? Its always a pleasure to make someone happy by doing something which he can use and enjoy. Unlike all the other companies, our advantage is that we are not a company which means that there are no limits, guarantees etc. Everything we do, we do it for you.
